1 packet yeast mixed with 1/4 cup warm water
2 3/4 cup flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon oil
1-cup warm water
In a mixer w/a dough hook, mix all ingredients in order as listed above. Mix until dough forms a sticky ball. (This can be done by hand as well.)
Put ball on a floured surface; add a bit more flour if very sticky. Divide into 2 pieces and roll each to fit 2 pizza pans. Let rise about 10 minutes.
Add pizza ingredients such as cheese, sauce, vegetables and bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
