What could be better to top a fall or holiday salad than a sweet honey based dressing? Use this dressing over greens, chicken or turkey salad or even as a dip for vegetables, chicken or fish fingers.
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/8 cups honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
3/4 cup mayonnaise
pinch of salt
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Place in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
