1 ¼ cups milk
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 ½ cups flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 -2 scoops Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and whey powder. Make a well in center, and add milk, egg and melted butter. Whisk until combined.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or fry pan and pour or scoop batter in. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
