Chive cream cheese is bagel's best friend!
1 8 ounce block of cream cheese - unwrap and leave at room temperature for 1-2 hours
2 Tablespoons sour cream
2 Tablespoons chopped chives or scallions
Mix all ingredients by hand or whip together with mixer; chill overnight; Garnish with extra scallions and bring out the bagels!
