1 ready-made* or home-made pie crust
7-8  apples or peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 ounces lemon juice
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with 3 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples or peaches. Coat with lemon juice. Combine fruit and sugar mixtures. Spoon fruit mixture into pie shell.

In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour and brown sugar; cut margarine in until crumbly. Pat crumbs over pie. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
