This is delicious and parve – what could be better! Garnish with some parve chocolate sauce and toasted pecans, or maybe a "splash" of coffee liqueur, and you have a wonderful dessert.
2 cups MimicCreme Sweetened or Sugar Free Sweetened
1/8 cup instant coffee
¼ teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients. Add mixture to ice cream freezer and prepare per manufacturer’s instructions.
