This is a delicious, decadent dessert that will draw raves from your guests. The combination of graham crackers and marshmallow makes it a favorite − and when you add the other ingredients it is divine! We have made it parve, but it is easy to convert it to dairy.
1 chocolate graham cracker crust
1 7-ounce jar of Solo brand marshmallow fluff
1 container of Rich Whip parve whipping cream
1/4 cup LeRoux créme de menthe liqueur
10-12 parve chocolate cream filled sandwich cookies
Crush or process cookies into coarse crumbs. Whip parve cream until very stiff —set aside.
Empty marshmallow fluff into a bowl (easy if you use a spoon dipped in hot water). Add liqueur to Marshmallow Fluff.
Add whipped cream into fluff mixture; fold in gently with fork until all blended.
Layer into pie crust: 1/2 of the batter, 1/2 of the cookie crumbs, 1/2 of the batter and top with remaining cookie crumbs.
Freeze. Serve right from freezer- enjoy!
Vary liqueur: Godiva or Kahlua work well.
Use standard graham crust instead of chocolate.
Use other flavors of cream filled sandwich cookies.
For dairy variation – Use real dairy whipping cream, whipped!
