From Savannah Bee Company - a refreshing, minty, non-alcoholic drink

Ingredients:

1 ounce Savannah Bee Company Tea Honey
Juice of one lemon (or lime if preferred)
3 - 4 leaves of fresh mint
2 ounces warm water
Ice
Sparkling Water

Directions:

Pour 1 ounce of Tea Honey into a tall glass.

Heat 2 ounces of water until warm; pour over the honey and stir to dissolve.

Squeeze the juice or one lemon, or lime, directly into the glass and stir.

Drop the mint into the glass and crush with the back of a spoon to release the oil.

Fill the glass with ice and cold sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of citrus and a sprig of mint.
