QUICK & EASY CANDIED YAMS
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Sugary Sam Cut Sweet Potatoes
5 Tbsps. margarine
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1-cup kosher marshmallows
Pour sweet potatoes and liquid into 2–qt. microwave/oven–safe dish. Cook in microwave on High until heated through, stirring twice. Drain liquid. Combine margarine and brown sugar in 1-qt. microwave–safe dish. Heat in microwave on High until hot but not boiling. Add nuts to sauce, if desired, and pour over hot sweet potatoes. Top with marshmallows and place under broiler until golden brown
