KosherEye Special Sangria

Special Equipment:

1 large pitcher
1 long wooden spoon


1 bottle chilled ginger ale or Sprite
1 bottle chilled white wine, such as Hagafen Sparkling Brut Cuvée or Baron Herzog white zinfandel
An assortment of fresh cut peaches, orange sections, halved strawberries, blueberries


Place cut fruit at bottom of large pitcher.

Pour wine and ginger ale over fruit.

Press fruit slightly with wooden spoon or use muddler.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Pour into 10 ounce tumblers or chilled glasses and garnish with additional  sliced oranges.


Yield: Serves 10
