No-Noodle Apple Kugel PDF Print E-mail

KosherEye Heirloom Recipe

Ingredients:

3 pounds  peeled, and thinly sliced (1/4"), apples
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
pinch of salt
1 cup flour 

Topping:
2 cup parve graham crackers crumbs
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions: 

Grease 9  x 13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar, juice, salt and flour - mix until well combined.

In large bowl, mix batter with apples until well coated. Pour mixture into prepared pan

 Mix cinnamon with crumbs - Pour over apple mixture.

Bake at 350 for about 1 hour  until toothpick comes out clean
