1 stick butter at room temperature 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa 3 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted 1/3-cup milk 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Combine butter and cocoa in a large bowl and blend on low, with electric mixer until combined-about 30 seconds.
Add sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Frost the cake and enjoy!
