1 pound ground beef 1 poblano pepper, seeded & finely diced 2 tablespoons ketchup 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed & drained 1 teaspoon kosher salt 3/4 cup store-bought guacamole 14- ounce can green chilies, chopped (optional) 8 6-inch flour tortillas, torn into large pieces
