KosherEye Featured Cookbook
by Leah Schapira and Victoria Dwek,
They’ve done it again. Another “hard to put down” cookbook from the pair we all have grown to admire, Leah Schapira and Victoria Dwek. They have once again taken us into the kitchens of some of the world’s kosher restaurants and shared some techniques, tricks and recipes from international chefs. Each recipe is recreated for the home cook, and accompanied by a full color photo. The original Secret Restaurant Recipes invited you into the kitchens of the world's finest kosher restaurants. Now, in Everyday Secret Restaurant Recipes, Leah and Victoria go more casual, visiting favorite cafés, takeout spots, and restaurants to bring you recipes that are easy to prepare for any day and every day. In addition to over 100 family-friendly recipes, they share vignettes about today’s most popular kosher chefs and eateries. You’ll enjoy reading the book, learning some professional techniques and most definitely get inspired to cook the chef-created recipes.
As we have said previously, the pair seems to have boundless energy, evident in their creative, contemporary, friendly and diverse cookbooks. Leah Schapira and Victoria Dwek are co-authors of the popular “Made Easy” cookbook series. Leah is a self-taught cook, and co-founder of Cookkosher.com. Victoria is a busy journalist and managing editor of Whisk which is published weekly by Ami magazine.
