The recipes in this cookbook are appealing, easy to fix, and those who follow a vegetarian life-style will find a good variation of recipe ideas. And for those of us who wish to include more vegetarian dishes in our menu, this cookbook offers great one-dish opportunities. The recipes can be included in the menu as main courses or side dishes. Do note that vegetarian cheese substitutes are an ingredient in several of the recipes. The "cheese" types mentioned may not be available to the kosher consumer, but since we are accustomed to improvise with ingredients, it should not be a problem. This is a nice cookbook to have in your library and will be of use when you need a quick vegetarian recipe.
