We prepared the entire recipe for our Coq au Vin in our Braiser. What a pleasure…we sautéed, browned and cooked everything—all in one pot! We placed the finished dish in the oven on warm, and then set it on a trivet on the table. And, if any were left (which there was not!), we could have placed it right in the freezer. Yes, the Emile Henry Braiser performed beautifully, as did our new recipe that we are sharing with you. Bon Appétit!
