#2  Les Petites Fermieres Camembert Cheese

This Camembert is a soft, mild, creamy cheese — spreadable at room temperature.  It is delicious with crackers.  Or, we love to bake it by smothering the 7-ounce round of cheese with apricot preserves, wrapping it in puff pastry dough and baking it at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until it reaches a gooey, rich, sweet, scrumptious consistency. For an extra treat, serve the baked Camembert with fresh apple slices.
