Jack's Sweet Italian Sausage
Peppers, sweet red and green, sliced
Place a small amount of oil into a sauté pan. Over medium heat, sauté onions and peppers for a few minutes. Add the sausage and cook until the sausage is golden brown on all sides, 4 - 6 minutes.
Place sausage into the Italian roll, cover with the onion/pepper mixture and enjoy!
