A KosherEye Signature Recipe
This recipe is easy and the end result is delicious – sliced steak marinated in Chimichurri sauce. Excellent for a Shabbos lunch entree.
2 lb. Skirt Steak or London Broil
Chimichurri sauce – Shiloh’s or homemade – approximately 2 cups
Marinate steak overnight in Chimichurri sauce.
Remove from sauce and grill meat until medium rare. Take meat off grill; cover with foil and allow meat to rest about 15 minutes.
Slice on the diagonal in 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces.
Serve immediately or at room temperature, with additional Chimichurri sauce on the side .
Yield: Serves 3-4
