The recipe was selected by Kosher Gelatin as their winning recipe and was featured on their new product, Elyon Pesach Marshmallows. Ingredients: 1/2 cup oil Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oil, eggs, sugar, potato starch & cocoa powder together with a hand mixer. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 25 minutes then layer with marshmallows & chocolate chips and continue to bake until the marshmallows have browned.
