Full of onions, mushrooms, celery, carrots, assorted seasonings and moistened with chicken broth – what could be better! Ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil Directions: In a large frying pan, saute vegetables in oil, until softened. Add seasonings, stir. Add matzoh farfel. Heat water and chicken broth and pour over mixture. Toss to moisten. Let cool slightly, add 1 beaten egg and mix. Spoon into greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
