A quick, easy way to prepare the "other white meat". We do not use measurements for this recipe. Just let your individual preferences guide you. Ingredients: Turkey chops Rub: Fresh lemon juice Marinade: Equal amounts: Hoisin sauce Directions: Marinate the chops for one hour, using either the rub or the marinade. Rub: Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Rub on both sides of the chops. Marinade: Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer to combine. Place chops in a bowl, pour some of the marinade over them; reserve some of the marinade to serve with the cooked chops. We like to marinade the chops in a large, disposable freezer bag. Grill, sauté or slow roast for a few minutes per side until done. Note: Yield: Depends on number of cooked turkey chops Meat |
