Samuel Adams Boston Lager made its debut in about 25 bars and restaurants in 1985 in Boston, MA. The name was chosen because Samuel Adams was a Boston firebrand, a revolutionary thinker who fought for independence. Most importantly, Samuel Adams was also a brewer who had inherited a brewing tradition from his father, much like the brewers themselves who came from six generations of brewing experience. To this day, the Samuel Adams beers have won more awards around the globe, more than any brand in history.

Did you know Sam Adams is now kosher, with Star-K kosher certification?
The first Belgium-style beers brewed in the United States, this company began after founder Jeff's bike trip through Belgium. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Jeff found the Belgian approach freeing. One of his first creations? A remarkably well-balanced amber he named Fat Tire.
The first creation of Shmaltz Brewing Company, Genesis Ale is crisp, smooth and perfectly balanced between a pale and amber ale. If you're looking for a deep, bold nut brown ale, then Messiah Bold is for you.
