Adapted from The At Home Gourmet by Sarah Lasry
This sauce is perfect for dipping Sarah’s “finger lickin’ great Mustard Ginger BBQ Wings or for that matter most any BBQ any chicken wing recipe.
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1-cup non-dairy sour cream such as Tofutti brand
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon. ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, blending well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Yield; About 6 servings
