Ingredients:
1 pound bag frozen strawberries 1 cup of orange juice 1/4 cup of grape juice (such as Kedem) 5 tablespoons of sugar 1 cup whipping cream (Dairy or parve Rich Whip) 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Directions:
In a food processor, process strawberries until pureed. Add remainder of ingredients and process until combined.
Optional: Top with additional whipped cream and serve as a soup or as a cool summer drink.
Notes:
Yield: about 6 servingsm, depending on the size of the cup.
