Thank you Leah Adler for sharing your recipe! A delicious, easy to prepare, vegetarian kosher pasta.
“A few cloves” of fresh minced garlic
A sprinkle of Soy Sauce
1 cup chopped pistachio nuts
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pound Rotelle Pasta
Boil pasta according to package directions, drain.
Sautee fresh garlic in olive oil then add pistachios and a sprinkle of soy sauce.
Toss with hot pasta and enjoy!
