coconut no bake pie slice

Enjoy this recipe for EASY NO BAKE Coconut Cream Pie! Your guests will love this creamy dessert. We have adapted it from Kraft Foods. 

Ingredients

2 packages Jello Vanilla Instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
2 cups whipped cream, divided
1 cup flaked coconut, divided
1 graham crust

Directions

Beat pudding and milk for about 2 minutes
Stir in 1 cup whipped cream and ¾ cup coconut.
Pour into crust
Refrigerate until firm – at least 4 hous. Toast remaining coconut
Spread whipped cream over pie and top with toasted coconut*

Notes

For parve version: Substitute 2 cups cold coconut milk and 2 cups Rich Whip, whipped
*To toast coconut: Preheat oven to 350. Spread coconut on a baking sheet and toast until light brown- about 5 minutes
