This is a quick, healthy punch recipe and a crowd–pleaser. The combination of orange juice, strawberries, cranberry juice and ginger ale are a refreshing and delightful blend of flavors. So easy to refill the punch bowl when this is "all gone!"

Ingredients:

6 cups orange juice, chilled
20 ounces frozen strawberries in syrup
2 cups Cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
3 cups Ginger ale, chilled*

Directions:

One day ahead, freeze ice* in a bowl or shaped mold to make a large ice float. A star shaped mold is perfect! 
When ready to serve, place ice float in a punch bowl. Pour orange juice, strawberries, and cranberry juice cocktail into bowl. Add ginger ale and serve.

Notes:

Yield: Approximately 18 servings.
Optional: Add 12 ounces of vodka or 1 bottle sparkling wine
