KosherEye Signature Sangria 
So refreshing in summer with seasonal fruits such as berries and peaches; Delicious in cool weather made with apples and pears. 

1 bottle chilled ginger ale or Sprite 
1 bottle chilled white wine, such as Hagafen Sparkling Brut Cuvée or Baron Herzog white zinfandel  or red wine such as a cabernet
A warm weather assortment such as fresh cut peaches, orange sections, halved strawberries, blueberries or a winter assortment of apples and pears & frozen fruits


Place about 2 cups of cut up fruit in a large pitcher 
Pour wine and ginger ale over fruit. 
Press fruit slightly with a long wooden spoon or use a muddler.
Chill for at least 30 minutes. 
Pour into 10 ounce tumblers or chilled glasses and garnish with additional sliced oranges.


Yield: Serves 10
