Jeff Nathan is Executive Chef and co-owner of Abigael's on Broadway and is an award-winning chef, restaurateur and cookbook author of two best selling books: Adventures in Jewish Cooking and Jeff Nathan's Family Suppers: More Than 125 Simple Kosher Recipes. He is well known for his television series, New Jewish Cuisine, which is seen on public television stations nationwide, in Israel, and in several other countries. Chef Jeff is also culinary consultant for the Hain Celestial Group and Kedem / Royal Wines Corporation. His creative approach to cooking has been enthusiastically received in leading newspapers and magazines, and he has been a guest chef on several TV programs.
