So easy to make! Quick and Delicious. No need to ever buy jarred applesauce again. 
5 medium apples, peeled and cored
1/2 cup water or apple juice
2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
3/4-teaspoon cinnamon


Peel, core, slice apples into about 6 pieces, and place in saucepan. Add remainder of ingredients. Simmer uncovered until tender, stirring frequently. Use potato masher or leave chunky.
Note: Any type of apple will do...we have used Granny Smith, Rome or Braeburn
