From Workman Publishing

It is not often that we receive multiple cookbooks from the same publisher – and can’t wait to share news about each. None of these are “kosher” cookbooks, but we found each essential to the kosher cook or any cook. For those recipes which do not conform to kosher rules, we simply change the meat or other ingredients. If you have a question, we are happy to help you find an appropriate substitute. How to Instant Pot cover

How to Instant Pot
by Daniel Shumski, Workman Publishing

We love our Instant Pot, period. We have a 6-quart Duo, and use it regularly to pressure cook chuck, brisket, stews and top of the rib roasts. However with its 100 recipes and guides, this book has widened our repertoire. In addition to detailed, understandable usage instructions, and a chart with cooking time guidelines, there are simple recipes for caramelized onions; chili, beans, potato chowder, wild rice, quick pickled vegetables. Additionally, there is an entire slow cooker section. As one reviewer stated: This book should be in the Instant Pot packing box. We agree!

Vegetable Butcher cover
The Vegetable Butcher
by Cara Mangini, Workman Publishing

This book is a must for every household that loves their vegetables; or actually, even those that do not. It is a guide on how to select, clean, cut cook and enjoy a selection of 100 vegetables from A-Z. The book is now up front, accessible and at the ready in our kitchen. We found the photographs extremely helpful and the butchery information comprehensive and easily understandable.
